What are the installation requirements for fuel-fired boilers?

Parameters to be debugged for fuel boilers (wns2-1.25-y): 1. Debugging of large and small fire switching pressure control, such as 0.9mpa to small fire, 0.8mpa to large fire. 2. Normal automatic shutdown and automatic start-up pressure control debugging, such as working pressure requirements 0.8~1.0mpa, then adjust to 1.02mpa shutdown, 0.82mpa start-up. 3. Overpressure alarm shutdown pressure control debugging, generally higher than the normal automatic shutdown pressure setting of about 0.05mpa. 4. High water level alarm setting, generally adjusted to about 25mm from the upper visible edge of the water level gauge. 5. Low water level alarm and automatic shutdown setting, generally adjusted to about 25mm from the lower visible edge of the water level gauge. 6. The limit low water level shutdown varies according to different manufacturers' boilers. Some have separate electrode control devices on the top of the drum or shell, and some are integrated with the water level control device. In principle, the shell boiler should not be lower than the highest fire boundary, and the water tube boiler should not be lower than the falling pipe port. 7. Automatic start and stop control of the water pump, generally adjusted to about 25mm above and below the center of the water level gauge. 8. Fuel pressure setting, generally heavy oil pressure is adjusted to about 1.8~2.2mpa, and light oil is adjusted to about 1.6~1.8mpa. 9. Fuel temperature setting, light oil does not need to be heated, heavy oil heating control temperature: the daily oil tank is generally set at 60~80 degrees, and the temperature controller on the burner is adjusted to about 95~110℃, according to the heavy oil model. 10. Exhaust gas temperature control setting, the exhaust gas temperature of general fuel boilers is 220~240℃, and the over-smoke temperature alarm is set at about 280℃. If the smoke temperature exceeds the standard, the smoke ash or scale must be removed, or there is a fault of smoke gas short circuit. 11. Debugging of various interlock protection controls, flameout protection, flame detection protection, over-smoke temperature, low water level and extremely low water level, overpressure, etc. will send out audible and visual alarms and shut down the furnace, which needs to be manually reset before the furnace can be started; the burner is turned on, the oil temperature is low, etc. will not be able to start the boiler; high water level generally only sends out audible and visual alarms without shutting down the furnace.
