What are the installation requirements for fuel-fired boilers?

燃油锅炉要调试的参数（wns2-1.25-y)：
1、
大、小火转换压力控制调试，如0.9mpa转小火，0.8mpa转大火。
2、
正常自动停炉及自动启炉压力控制调试，如工作压力要求0.8~1.0mpa，则调节到1.02mpa停炉，0.82mpa启炉。
3、
超压报警停炉压力控制调试，一般比正常自动停炉压力设定高0.05mpa左右。
4、
高水位报警设置，一般调节到距离水位表上部可见边缘25mm左右。
5、
低水位报警及自动停炉设置，一般调节到距离水位表下部可见边缘25mm左右。
6、
极限低水位停炉，根据各厂家不同锅炉而不同，有些在锅筒或锅壳顶部单独有电极式控制装置，有些与水位控制装置在一起，锅壳锅炉原则上不得低于最高火界，水管锅炉不得低于各下降管口。
7、
水泵自动启停控制，一般调节到水位表中心上下25mm左右。
8、
燃油压力设置，一般重油压力调节到1.8~2.2mpa左右，轻油调节到1.6~1.8mpa左右。
9、
燃油温度设置，轻油不用加热，重油加热控制温度：日用油箱一般设置在60~80度，燃烧器上的温度控制器调节到95~110℃左右，根据重油型号调节。
10、
排烟温度控制设置，一般燃油锅炉排烟温度在220~240℃，超烟温报警设置在280℃左右，烟温超标必须要清烟灰或水垢或者有烟气短路的故障。
11、
各种连锁保护控制的调试，熄火保护、火焰检测保护、超烟温、低水位及极低水位、超压等都会发出声光报警并停炉，需要手动复位后才可以启炉；燃烧器打开、油温低等将不能启动锅炉；高水位一般只发出声光报警而不停炉。
