Parameters to be debugged for oil fired boiler (wns2-1.25-y):

Pressure control commissioning of large and small fire conversion, such as 0.9mpa to small fire and 0.8MPa to large fire.

Normal automatic boiler shutdown and automatic boiler startup pressure control commissioning. If the working pressure is required to be 0.8~1.0mpa, adjust it to 1.02mpa for boiler shutdown and 0.82mpa for boiler startup.

The overpressure alarm shutdown pressure control commissioning is generally about 0.05Mpa higher than the normal automatic shutdown pressure setting.

The setting of high water level alarm is generally adjusted to about 25mm away from the visible edge of the upper part of the water level gauge.

5、

The setting of low water level alarm and automatic boiler shutdown is generally adjusted to about 25mm away from the visible edge at the lower part of the water level gauge.

The boiler shutdown at extreme low water level varies according to different boilers of various manufacturers. Some have electrode type control devices alone on the top of the drum or shell, and some are together with the water level control device. In principle, the boiler shell boiler shall not be lower than the highest fire limit, and the water tube boiler shall not be lower than each downcomer nozzle.

The automatic start and stop control of the water pump is generally adjusted to about 25mm above and below the center of the water level gauge.

The fuel pressure setting is generally adjusted to about 1.8~2.2mpa for heavy oil and 1.6~1.8mpa for light oil.

Fuel oil temperature setting, light oil does not need heating, heavy oil heating control temperature: the daily oil tank is generally set at 60~80 degrees, and the temperature controller on the burner is adjusted to about 95~110 degrees Celsius, which is adjusted according to the heavy oil model.

Smoke exhaust temperature control setting: generally, the smoke exhaust temperature of oil fired boiler is 220~240 ℃, and the alarm of excessive smoke temperature is set at about 280 ℃. If the smoke temperature exceeds the standard, the soot or scale must be removed, or there is a fault of smoke short circuit.

The commissioning of various interlock protection controls, flameout protection, flame detection protection, over smoke temperature, low water level and extremely low water level, overpressure, etc. will send out audible and visual alarms and shut down the boiler. The boiler can be started only after manual reset; The boiler cannot be started when the burner is turned on and the oil temperature is low; Generally, the high water level only sends out audible and visual alarms without shutting down the boiler.
