The enterprise has a production capacity of 3000 steam tons of boiler equipment, holds a class B boiler production license and a class D pressure vessel manufacturing license issued by the General Administration of inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China.

1. Applicable fuel

This product is redesigned in the structure of coal-fired boiler, which is suitable for the mixed combustion of single coal sawdust, wood powder and coal, and can also add a small amount of wood chips and blocks.

2. Structure and performance characteristics

1. Heighten the furnace and increase the water-cooled wall, thus increasing the flame length required for fuel suspension combustion.

II. Two nozzles are arranged on the front wall to inject fuel into the flue gas at the throat where the front and rear furnace arches meet, so there is a fierce burning fire source at the throat to ensure the good combustion of sawdust and wood powder.

3. Before the fuel enters the furnace, there is an anti backfire device, and the upper part of the furnace and one side of the burnout chamber are equipped with explosion-proof doors to prevent damage to the furnace wall.

4. Secondary air is arranged on the back wall to disturb the flue gas flow field in the furnace, which can fully burn out the suspended sawdust, wood powder and volatile.

5. There is a feeding port on the front side of the boiler, which can directly input a small amount of wood bars, wood blocks and fuel.

3. Performance characteristics

1. It has strong adaptability to changes, and the steam production can be increased by spraying wood chips and wood flour

II. It is simple to switch fuels and change the combustion mode, and there is no need to transform boiler equipment and auxiliary machines.
