The enterprise has a production capacity of 3000 steam tons of boiler equipment, holds a class B boiler production license and a class D pressure vessel manufacturing license issued by the General Administration of inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China.

1. Applicable fuel

This product is redesigned in the structure of coal-fired boilers, and is suitable for fuels: rice husks, wood chips and wood chips.

2. Structure and performance characteristics

I pressure components are of water fire pipe structure, using arched tube plate threaded smoke pipe, equipped with special feeding bucket and feeding machinery.

II. Optimize the configuration of secondary air devices.

3. The fuel is fed continuously and evenly from the feeding hopper through the feeder, and the jet air is sent to the furnace. It moves backward with the chain grate at a uniform speed to complete the whole combustion process.

4. Under the action of the air dynamic field in the swirl shaped furnace, the volatile is mixed in the strong turbulent air and burned violently, completely eliminating the black smoke in the furnace. The upper drum is long and has a large steam water volume. There is a developed convection tube bundle between the upper and lower drums, which can fully absorb the heat of flue gas.

5. Two explosion-proof doors are installed on the back wall of the boiler to prevent damage to the furnace wall during deflagration.

6. This type of boiler can use fast grate instead of mechanical feeder when burning wood chips.
