Performance characteristics:

1. The boiler is delivered in two parts: upper and lower. The upper part includes the boiler body, steel frame and upper furnace wall. The lower part includes coal scuttle, chain grate, base steel frame and lower furnace wall. Except that the middle partition wall is built on site, other parts are assembled and delivered The cast iron economizer and air duct at the tail of the boiler are delivered together with the boiler  

2. Light chain grate is used for the combustion part, with air inlet on both sides Six independent air chambers are set under the grate, and air conditioning mechanisms are set on both sides of the air chamber. The air is blown into the lower part of the base by the blower and enters the two side air duct, and then enters the independent air chamber through the air conditioning mechanism  

3. The upper furnace wall is assembled and delivered from the factory, and the lower furnace wall and front and rear arches are composed of refractory clay bricks, silica fibers and thermal insulation materials The fuel enters the furnace for combustion from the coal hopper through the coal gate, and the burnt out coal slag falls into the slag hopper under the operation of the grate and is discharged by the screw slag extractor  

4. The boiler is equipped with an electric control console, which is equipped with a boiler thermal parameter display instrument, a drum, an induced draft fan opening indicator, and a remote control button of the electric actuator The boiler feed water adopts automatic feed water device and is equipped with overtemperature alarm device  

5. The suitable low calorific value of combustion coal is ≥ 17750j/kg, volatile matter is > 38.5%, and ash content is ≤ 32.4%
