The enterprise has a production capacity of 3000 steam tons of boiler equipment, holds a class B boiler production license and a class D pressure vessel manufacturing license issued by the General Administration of inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China.

1. Applicable fuel

This product is redesigned in the structure of coal-fired boiler, wood burning wood chips, some wood strips, wood blocks, bark.

2. Structural features

1. The upper drum is long and has a large steam water volume. There is a developed convection tube bundle between the upper and lower drums, which can fully absorb the heat of flue gas.

II. The furnace is tall, with water-cooled walls arranged on both sides of the upper part and the front wall. The horizontal section of the upper part of the furnace is large, the rising speed of flue gas in the furnace is low, the flame path is long, and the fuel is not easy to float out.

3. Primary air is set under the grate and secondary air is set behind the furnace.

4. Explosion proof doors are installed on the upper part of the furnace and one side of the burnout chamber to prevent damage to the furnace wall during deflagration.

3. Performance characteristics

1. When the spiral feeder and feeding port feed, the volatiles in the fuel are fully burned in the air.

II. Equipped with multi tooth pressing rollers to ensure the continuous and uniform transportation of wood strips, chips and other long materials.

3. The primary and secondary air volume can be adjusted. The secondary air is injected into the intense combustion area of the furnace, which can supplement oxygen, disturb the flue gas dynamic field, and burn out the volatiles.

4. This type of product can be designed with feeding system and nozzle to burn sawdust and wood powder.
